Zenith Chronomaster Sport Boutique Edition The Zenith Chronomaster Sport Stainless Steel (03.3100.3600/21) is a watch model from the Zenith brand and El Primero collection. The price is 16,700 euros for the S&G model and 37,400 euros for the gold case. The movement can be viewed at work through the case back. The El Primero 3600 calibre powers all the watches and, in addition to the 1/10 chronograph, offers automatic winding and a power reserve of 60 hours. The two-tone version has a silver-coloured dial with a sunburst finish. The pushers and the crown on the side of the case are also made of the same precious metal. The strap also picks up on this colour scheme with central links in rose gold. There is also a model that combines a steel case with a rose gold bezel. The Chronomaster Sport in rose gold is available with either a black lacquered or a matt white dial. The watchmakers engrave the scale for reading the 1/10-second chronograph on the bezel. Two models are made of 18-carat rose gold and the bezel is also made of the same precious metal. In each case, however, the diameter remains at 41 mm. It’s also the most accessible of the watches here at £10,600. It’s not a ground-breaking change by any stretch of the imagination, but it’s funky enough to warrant a visit to your nearest Zenith location. The three separate portions of ceramic have been forged together within the base of the bezel, which is also ceramic. The bezel is a three part ceramic piece in blue, anthracite and light grey, matching the iconic tricolour subdials of the chronograph display. In addition to a new silver-tone sunray brushed dial, it has a totally unique bezel. “Boutique” means that it’s only available to purchase directly from Zenith’s own stores and online retail site. Then there’s the Chronomaster Sport Boutique Edition, which has been out for a little while at this point. This new version of the Chronomaster Sport is exactly that, with a rose gold bezel, pushers and crown combined with a stainless steel body. If you want a luxury aesthetic without compromising on the robust durability of a steel case, bi-metal is the way to go.
